I am a young lady in need of some help... I've always been extremely independent, so this is very hard. When I went into my first year of college, five years ago, my father lost his job. Because I couldn't pay, I couldn't finish. Once I was home, I was always sick, and now I have just found that I have Lupus. I try so hard to pay whatever I can to med bills, school, and I work two jobs to do so, however, it's just not enough. I am so ashamed, embarassed, and devastated over this entire thing. I don't know what else to do...
